You can safely push about 625hp with the 555's (crankhp that is). That equates to about 4.2v on the MAS with a dual pop setup (that's how JWT monitors at what point you're going to start leaning out due to maxed out injectors). : I've been reading the posts on injectors and I've got a few questions.. : What's the highest HP you can get with 555's? I spoke with someone earlier at stillen and was told Stillen owns a 300Z that dyno's at 575rwhp with 555 injectors. Was this just sales BS or has someone here seen it? : I originally called stillen to find out if the Nismo 740's are made for all years or just pre 9/94 Z's but they were not sure. Anyone know? I tried to call JWT but they were out to lunch at the time. : This one I'm just looking for opinions. I have a set of Nismo 555's, I've thought about having them flow tested but I'm a little concerned about sending them to RC. My thought is Nismo and RC are the only ones that sell injectors for our cars. I would be handing them their only competition's product and asking them to judge it. Should I be worried about getting accurate test results from them? I know some businesses out there will go out of their way to make their competition look bad. I've never delt with RC before so I'm not sure what to expect. : Thanks,
: John : BTW: I'm keeping count on the 60 sets of Nismo's that were sold in the group buy to see if any fail. So far only one set has been installed but there were no problems, 52 more to go. I did speak with Jim Wolf and Adam Hume about Nismo's before buying mine and was told they have never seen one fail, could be BS but I hope not.
